Leominster, MA — FEBRUARY 10, 2026 — Green Leaf Construction proudly announces the promotion of Liz Mason to Director of Preconstruction. A founding member of Green Leaf Construction, Liz has consistently exemplified dedication, leadership, and commitment to quality from her earliest days with the company.
Liz is a founding member of Green Leaf Construction, having joined the team in 2014 as the Director of Client Services. Through her eagerness to learn, strong work ethic, and natural ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues alike, she steadily grew and added enormous value within client services and preconstruction. Over the years, Liz has become a trusted leader who plays a critical role in driving Green Leaf’s preconstruction success and fostering strong customer partnerships.

As Director of Preconstruction, Liz will oversee all preconstruction activities, refining processes that support successful project outcomes, from early feasibility and budgeting through design coordination and pricing. Her focus on collaboration, strategic planning, and client satisfaction will be instrumental in guiding Green Leaf’s growth and continued performance excellence. Liz will play an instrumental roll in growing the future of Green Leaf through her dynamic leadership style and breadth of knowledge.

Lowell Community Health Center — Patient Walk-In Center & Pharmacy, enhancing healthcare access in the community.
F.W. Webb Boston — 91,000 sq. ft. new construction with underground parking in an urban setting.
New Balance Athletics — Café & Kitchen renovations tailored to corporate campus needs.
F.W. Webb Central Distribution Facility — Nearly 1-million sq. ft. design-build distribution center completed with accelerated schedule.
Bosch Thermotechnology Corp. Renovations — Phased renovations to corporate headquarters space.
