Green Leaf Construction Expands Business Development Efforts with Hire of Amanda
Copeland
LEOMINSTER, Mass. — September 2026 — Green Leaf Construction has hired Amanda Copeland as Business Development Manager, marking a strategic investment in the company’s continued growth throughout Worcester County and Central Massachusetts.
The newly created position establishes a dedicated business development function at Green Leaf focused on strengthening relationships, identifying new opportunities and helping the company become involved earlier with organizations considering construction, expansion and renovation projects.
Founded in 2014 by Andy McBeth, Green Leaf Construction is a Leominster-based construction firm serving clients throughout Massachusetts and New England through design-build, preconstruction and construction management services.
“Creating a dedicated business development role is an important step in Green Leaf’s continued growth,” said Andy McBeth, founder of Green Leaf Construction. “Amanda’s experience in construction, government and the Worcester County business community will help us strengthen existing relationships, build new ones and identify opportunities where Green Leaf can add value.”
Copeland brings experience in construction business development, state government and community engagement. Prior to joining Green Leaf, she worked in Business Development for Skanska, a major international construction and development company, based out of its Boston office. Earlier in her career, she served as Chief of Staff to Massachusetts State Representative Kevin Kuros in the Massachusetts House of Representatives.
Copeland also has deep ties to the region. Her family has lived and worked in Worcester County for seven generations. She grew up in Sutton and now resides in Worcester with her husband. Her grandfather spent his career at Norton Company in Worcester, while her father owned textile manufacturer Stevens Linen in Dudley for 25 years. “I love Worcester County, and I’m excited to help grow a company that is headquartered here,” said
Copeland. “There is something meaningful about helping local businesses invest here, supporting the workforce that lives here and keeping more opportunities within our region.”
In her new role, Copeland will work to strengthen Green Leaf’s relationships with local chambers of commerce, the Worcester Business Development Corporation, economic development organizations, commercial real estate professionals, financial institutions, architects, engineers and business leaders throughout the region. “Business development is a way of life for me. It is about connecting people and building relationships
so, companies think of Green Leaf early, giving us the opportunity to help guide them through the construction process,” said Copeland.
For Green Leaf, the investment is ultimately about building upon the company’s existing foundation while creating a more deliberate approach to future growth. The dedicated business development function will support Green Leaf’s continued expansion while maintaining the relationship-driven approach that has been central to the company since its founding.
