Green Leaf Construction Begins Boston Market Facade Renovations at Twin City Plaza for Geronimo Prop

Fitchburg, Mass. - Green Leaf Construction announced today that the firm has begun facade renovations to the Boston Market at Twin City Shopping Center. The Shopping Center, owned and managed by Geronimo Properties, borders the cities of Fitchburg and Leominster and is one of the area’s largest shopping centers.

Green Leaf Construction has been selected as the construction manager for the 2019 shopping center facade renovations, which includes updates to the Boston Market restaurant façade. The firm is also currently renovating the facade of the neighboring Hannaford Supermarket plaza on the Leominster side of the property. “Ensuring the safety of the public is key during this renovation,” said Green Leaf project manager, Chris Ruth. “Boston Market will maintain normal business operations as the project progresses, so we have installed a temporary sidewalk scaffolding enclosure and fencing to allow customers safe access to the building.”

Facade updates to the Boston Market will modernize and upgrade the restaurant’s exterior in keeping with current retail and restaurant trends. The business will remain open during construction.
