Green Leaf Construction Cuts Ribbon for New F.W. Webb Facility

Together with Plattsburgh town officials, project team members, and representatives from F.W. Webb Company, Green Leaf Construction held a ceremonial ribbon cutting to mark the completion of F.W. Webb’s newest 33,600 square foot facility in Plattsburgh. “This new facility is nearly triple the size of our previous location,” noted branch general manager Cathleen Barry, “which will allow us to truly deliver on F.W. Webb’s motto ‘We’ve Got It’.” The larger facility, comprised of a wholesale store, office, training, and warehouse space is also more conveniently located for customers along the town’s well-traveled Tom Miller Road (Route 26).

Town supervisor, Bernie Bassett spoke on behalf of the town, “We are pleased F.W. Webb chose to remain in our community. This growth is a reflection of continued growth in our community and we are fortunate to have them as part of the continued development of Tom Miller Road.”

“Helping our clients create the space they need to best serve their customers is our top priority.” said Green Leaf president, Andrew McBeth. “Webb’s new facility in Plattsburgh is an excellent example of how the size, layout and location of a project can come together to successfully meet that goal.”

Green Leaf Construction broke ground on the project in late August of 2014. Partnering with local consultants and subcontractors, construction progressed throughout the winter and wrapped up in time for F.W. Webb to officially open its doors June 1.
