Gregg Hall & Telcom Building HVAC Upgrades

Green Leaf removed and replaced the HVAC system servicing data centers in Gregg Hall and the Durham campus' central data center in the Telcom building. Temporary cooling was installed as construction progressed through the summer. The Green Leaf team took special care to protect critical servers and IT equipment, which, in many cases were directly below construction work.

This project included the gut and renovation of two adjacent rooms to create a new, larger assembly area.
