Green Leaf performed design build services for the new construction of a 33,600 square foot plumbing and HVAC wholesale and distribution facility for F.W. Webb Company.

This new branch boasts exterior features such as a radiant snowmelt system, and pourous pavement to reduce stormwater runoff. The12,000 square foot self-serve area for contractors, 4,000 square feet of office space and 17,600 square feet of warehouse storage allow F.W. Webb to better serve plumbers and HVAC contractors in the Lake Champlain region of New York.
